TERMS & CONDITIONS

For your well-being and that of the visitors, we inform you that you must follow the indications of the Kúa Spa staff at all times and take into account the following instructions, prior to using the water circuit:

• Please take a shower before entering the space.
• The use of high temperature zones is not recommended for children under 16 years of age.
• Follow staff recommendations at all times.
• The use of bathing suits is mandatory.
• Do not stay for more than 15 minutes at a time in high temperature areas, take breaks and intermittent showers, do not perform more than three sessions in a row.
• Hydrate well and constantly.
• If you feel dizzy or drowsy please do not enter the wet areas and notify the SPA staff.
• No eating, drinking or smoking inside the circuit areas. No glass containers of any kind are allowed inside the circuit.
• The consumption of drugs, alcohol or medications (anticoagulants, antihistamines, narcotics or tranquilizers) is prohibited. Before or during your therapy.
• It is forbidden to use items such as razor blades, files, pomes stones, shampoo, oils, scrubs, creams other than those supplied by KUA Spa.
• For health reasons, access is not allowed to anyone suffering from communicable or infectious diseases, consult the staff if you have wounds, lacerations or skin alterations.
• Refrain from improper acts that go against good behavior and affect good manners.
• Avoid talking loudly or shouting. Do not run. Contribute to an environment conducive to calm and relaxation.
• The use of speakers or music devices other than headphones for individual use is prohibited.
• Avoid accessories such as rings, earrings or bracelets as they may cause burns.
• Do not manipulate the equipment; if you need help, ask for it to the personnel.

When using the facilities of Kúa Spa, the spa is not responsible for possible accidents or conditions that may occur as a result of the nature of the service itself, therefore, the client accepts that the use of these facilities is his sole and exclusive responsibility.

We reserve the right of admission and/or expulsion from the area to those who violate the terms of these rules or present behaviors considered inappropriate within the facilities. The above without prejudice to any other responsibilities that may arise.
